Can I develop a completely new product with Lumivmed?
Our OEM/ODM program is based on customizing existing Lumivmed products rather than developing entirely new products from scratch. Select a base model from our current product line, then confirm the available customization options.
Is APP or mobile application development available?
No. APP development and APP customization are not included. This includes mobile companion apps, third-party software integration and application-layer customization. The scope is limited to the physical product and its supporting documentation.
What is the minimum order quantity for OEM/ODM?
For customized orders, the typical MOQ is 200 sets. The exact MOQ depends on the model and requested customization. For selected non-customized products, orders may start from 1 set, subject to availability and plug requirements. MOQ will be confirmed during quotation.
How long does it take to receive a sample?
Sample development typically takes approximately 3–5 days. The final timeline depends on the model, customization scope and availability of components and materials. Sample lead times will be confirmed during quotation.
Can Lumivmed help with compliance documentation for my market?
Depending on the model and destination market, applicable documentation may include ISO 13485, CE or CE-MDR, RoHS, FCC, safety test reports, Certificate of Free Sale, authorization documents and applicable FDA-related documentation. Availability and scope must be confirmed for the specific model and market.
Can all customization options be applied to every product model?
No. Available options vary by model because of tooling, hardware or firmware constraints. All requests require a feasibility review before an order is placed.
