What OEM/ODM services does Lumivmed provide?
Lumivmed provides end-to-end OEM/ODM services covering product requirement consultation, design confirmation, sample development, mass production, and shipment. We support private-label branding, custom exterior design, software localization, parameter configuration, embalaje, instruction manuals, charging-plug types, and market-specific compliance documentation.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM/ODM orders?
For customized OEM/ODM products, the typical minimum order quantity is 200 conjuntos. For selected non-customized products, orders may start from as low as 1 colocar, subject to product availability and plug-type requirements. Please contact us to confirm the MOQ for your specific product and configuration.
What information do I need to provide to start an OEM/ODM project?
To begin a project, it is helpful to provide: product specifications or reference images, your logo artwork in AI format, preferred product color and material, packaging requirements, instruction-manual language, charging-plug type, and your target market along with any applicable compliance requirements. Our team will guide you through each step.
Can Lumivmed develop a completely new product for my brand?
Yes. Lumivmed's R&D team of more than 30 professionals can support full ODM development from concept to production. We can customize hardware, firmware, software interface language, industrial design, and branding to create a product tailored to your market and brand identity.

What aspects of the product can be customized?

Can I use my own brand name and logo on the products?
Yes. Private-label branding is a core part of our OEM/ODM service. We can apply your brand name, logo, and visual identity to the product body, embalaje, and documentation. Please provide your logo in AI vector format to ensure the best print quality.
Do you support multi-language software and manuals?
Yes. Software interface language and instruction manual language can be customized for your target market. Please specify your language requirements when placing your order so we can prepare accordingly.
Product Compliance & Certifications
What certifications and compliance documents can Lumivmed provide?
Depending on the product model and target market, Lumivmed may provide documentation such as ISO 13485, CE or CE-MDR documentation, RoHS, FCC, safety test reports, Certificate of Free Sale, authorization documents, and applicable FDA-related documentation. The availability and scope of certifications must be confirmed for each specific product and destination market.
Does Lumivmed hold ISO 13485 certification?
Yes, ISO 13485 is among the certifications Lumivmed can provide. Please contact us to confirm the current certification status and which documents are applicable to your specific product and target market.
Can Lumivmed support local market registration in my country?
Lumivmed can provide applicable compliance documentation and export support to assist with local registration. The specific documents available depend on the product model and destination market. We recommend discussing your regulatory requirements with our team early in the project to ensure the right documentation is prepared.
Is third-party inspection accepted before shipment?
Yes. Third-party inspection can be accepted when required by the customer. All products go through Lumivmed's internal multi-stage quality control process before shipment, including functional testing, aging tests, appearance inspection, and packaging inspection.
Lead Times & Production
How long does sample development take?
Sample development typically takes approximately 3-5 days. This may vary depending on the complexity of customization requirements and component availability.
What are the production lead times for bulk orders?
Estimated production lead times are as follows:
- 100-200 conjuntos: approximately 22-30 days
- 500 conjuntos: approximately 35-40 days
- 1,000 conjuntos: approximately 45 days
The final schedule depends on product specifications, customization requirements, order quantity, documentation approval, and component availability.
What quality control steps are included in production?
Lumivmed follows a structured multi-stage inspection process: incoming material inspection, SMT placement and mainboard assembly, component assembly, semi-finished product functional testing, complete machine assembly, aging and power-on testing, finished-product inspection, appearance inspection, and packaging inspection. All products are inspected before shipment.

Lumivmed manufactures a wide range of devices including: laser and LED hair growth caps and combs, professional scalp analyzers and scalp-care machines, 308nm UV phototherapy and excimer systems, RF and EMS facial lifting devices, RF microneedling machines, máscaras faciales LED, LED and red light therapy panels, and other facial aesthetic devices. Aesthetic laser devices are planned for future expansion.
